- Reservations and a 50% deposit are necessary
- Two night minimum stay required on weekends Memorial Day through Halloween (sometimes we have single night availability – please call us)
- Deposit, minus $10 handling, is refundable up to 7 days prior to check-in. Thereafter, not refundable
- Payment is due at check-in by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
- Check in: 4pm-6pm; Check out: 11:00 AM; other times by arrangement
- Smoking in outdoor designated areas only
- Sorry, no pets (We recommend Kim’s Bed & Biscuit in Arcadia – 231.889.5586)
- 2 person maximum per room—cribs, rollaway beds, cots, etc. are not available
- Arcadia House is not well suited for infants and small children.
- Peak Season = June 4 – Sept 16 and weekends in September and October
- Low Season = April 1 – June 3 and weekdays September 17 – October 31
- Arcadia House Bed & Breakfast will be closed November 1 – March 31 (with exception for 4 room/2 night reservation).
- Carriage House rental and Mini Spa open year round.
