- Reservations and a 50% deposit are necessary
- Two night minimum stay required on weekends Memorial Day through Labor Day
- Deposit, minus $10 handling, is refundable up to 7 days prior to check-in. Thereafter, not refundable
- Payment is due at check-in by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express
- Check in: 4pm-6pm; Check out: 11:00 AM; other times by arrangement
- Smoking in outdoor designated areas only
- Sorry, no pets please
- 2 person maximum per room—rollaway beds, cots, etc. are not available
- Arcadia House is not well suited for infants and small children, since we have fragile antiques, have no entertainment, sitter services, or nursery equipment.
