1. Our room was very clean & inviting. The morning sun was wonderful!

14. Room was clean, mattress needs to be replaced could feel the interspring. Although the house was airconditioned they had to put a fan on it blew down towards us (So very sorry, no other complaints about this mattress ever, the fan does have an off switch)
What made you choose our Bed & Breakfast over other lodging alternatives?
1. We wanted a cozier atmosphere

Hospitality of the innkeeper/staff:
1. Both Greg & Patrice were very welcoming. We had lots of fun conversations!
2. Patrice & Greg were extremely hospitable, knowledgeable & took a personal interest in their guests.
3. Great! They both took time to answer questions, to talk (visit) with the guests.

Breakfast:

2. Creative – portions were quite ample – I have special dietary needs (no sugar/no white flour); these were specifically & happily addressed
3. Awesome! A different breakfast each day – always healthful – with yogurt, grains, fruit, (eggs or bacon or ham, also – several times)
4. Outstanding – The broiled peaches were to die for
5. Wonderful! Just perfect – no complaints

14. Although they knew I had a nut allergy because they asked I thought it was a nice touch. They still severed a portion of the breakfast with pecans. (We are so sorry. Our notes specifically stated “no peanuts” for you. We were thinking that pecans are different since they are a tree nut, but we should have re-checked that with you. We are usually extremely diligent about our guest’s dietary needs).
Overall Comments on B&B:

3. This was one of the nicest B&B’s I’ve had occasion to stay in. Tea or coffee (plus homemade cookies) on arrival – through the evening

I told them that we had seen an article in the freepress or news and only wrote down the phone number I asked them if we should know anything about the b and b since we only booked the night before the night before if would have been nice to be informed no tv in any rooms or common areas (Thank you for your suggestion, we have since added a television to the living room).

14. I felt not welcome. That is not a usually feeling at B&B’s. I was told check in was not till 3 and I arrived at the time and then was told I was the last to check in I guess they had some place they rather of been. To me it just had a cold feeling Look but don’t touch… I couldn’t wait to leave. (We’re sorry you didn’t feel welcome. The other guest arrivals that day had made arrangements for early check in. No, there’s no where we’d rather be. Greg was on duty alone that day and just probably having a hectic day due to the early check in arrangements being met. It is rare that we have that many early check ins. We would have been happy to help you find other accommodations if you had only just let us know that our B&B would not meet your needs).
