5. They were wonderful. Greg and Patrice were very friendly and a joy to talk to. They never hesitated taking a moment from/during their duties to talk to us. They gave us great tips/suggesting things to do
6. Very nice except when asked to pay at beginning of stay. Even then not rude but would be better to pay ahead (We’re sorry – it’s too hard to check guests out in the morning while serving breakfast)

5. Both days the breakfasts were fantastic and you never had to worry about being hungry before lunch. The warm peaches with granola and yogurt were fabulous and the orange pecan French toast was so very good.

What did you like most about this B&B?
1. Its charm, location and comfort
2. The little touches were nice – candy in room, cups, music, fridge for the guests
3. Massage and hot tub – never do that at home!

5. Everything. Nice exterior. Lovely interior. Very comfortable and nice amenities for the guests, such as hot tub, late night molasses cookies & a stock of bathroom items that are sometimes forgotten

Any Specific problems?
1. None
2. Not problems but suggestions – cover the keyhole in the room and put a reminder sign on a table up stairs about 10:00pm quiet time (Thank you for your suggestions! We never noticed the keyholes were actually holes! We have recently addressed both of these issues).

5. Not one. The only comment I would have is the temperature and the air in the house could have been a little cooler and circulated. (Thank you for your suggestions! The temperature in the house is a tricky thing. We asked our air conditioning professional for suggestions and have made improvements).
6. Not a problem but it would be nice to have kitchen available to make popcorn & have popcorn available - we like it when we play cards. (We love popcorn too! And we just can’t figure out how to avoid the grease spots, accidental burnt popcorn, kernels all over the place and smell. Hmmm…)

8. (????) our bedroom towels to be changed over night; was surprised they weren’t. (Thanks for letting us know! We change towels every other day unless they are left on the floor to denote replacement needed, just like a hotel. In light of your plight, you have prompted us to now store extra towels for our guests in our guest amenity cabinet).

11. Really none. The electricity did go out which was unexpected. The innkeepers immediately had candles going & still prepared a wonderful hot breakfast. They were extremely accommodating even when it was out of their control.
